Mold, mildew and fungi are dangerous allergens found in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Our water-based, environmentally safe products are designed for mold and mildew prevention as well as removal.

Mold-Pruf™ Construction Spray is two products in one. It’s a mildewcide that prevents the growth of mold, mildew, sapstain and fungus, and also a disinfectant that kills spot mold. It can be used on new building materials for protection against the growth of microbiological life, as well as applied to existing buildings where mold and mildew are already a problem. Apply it to lumber, particle board, walls, ceilings, sub floors, ductwork, wood, drywall, etc. Supplied in gallon size.

Mold-Pruf™ Paint is three products in one. It inhibits the growth of microorganisms, including mold, mildew, sapstain and fungus; encapsulates odors; and acts as a stain-blocking primer or paint. Use on new building materials to prevent the growth of microorganisms or on existing structures where mold and mildew are already a problem. Apply it to lumber, particle board, walls, ceilings, sub floors, ductwork, wood, drywall, galvanized metal and aluminum, plaster, and masonry surfaces. Available in one and five gallon sizes.

Mold-Pruf™ Cleaner removes and kills microbiological life, including mold, algae, fungi, moss, and bacteria, and disinfects surfaces. It is non-toxic and biodegradable, making it ideal for concrete, wood, metal, fiberglass and painted surfaces in food storage and processing facilities, washrooms, building facades, and many other places. Available in 5-gallon and 55-gallon containers.
