About Our Slogan
“Need someone to think outside the box? Contact the people inside the Circle.”
That’s our company slogan, and it’s everywhere—our letterhead, envelopes, lit sheets, website, videos, newsletter, etc.
Call it our Unique Selling Proposition, or USP. Every company’s got one--a catchphrase that captures in a few words what is unique about a company that makes them standout from the competition.
We think it fits.
Why?
First off, you have to know where we’re physically located. Our office building is located on a street named Circle of Progress, inside a circular business complex. So technically, we’re located “inside the circle.”
Secondly, we like to think we live by a pretty progressive business model—one that involves doing whatever it takes to make a customer happy and installing only the best products for any particular project. That means occasionally evaluating how we do things to make sure we’re always moving forward, always innovating, always staying ahead of the game. For us, it’s all about progress.
Thirdly, helping customers oftentimes means we have to do things differently in order to solve their unique problems. We're a bunch of problem-solving fools who love a challenge and are willing to step up to the plate to tackle those wacky jobs. So much so that we've now become known as the go-to people for unique and unusual projects that other contractors can't—or won’t--handle. In other words, we’re outside the box thinkers.
Combine all three aspects, and you get the catch phrase that perfectly describes Tridon:
"Need someone to think outside the box? Contact the people inside the Circle!"
A silly play on words? Sure. But is it accurate? Absolutely!
